He began his journey with Erie Insurance as a temporary employee in the mail room and advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including Customer Service Representative and District Sales Manager. His dedication and performance led him to a Branch Manager opportunity in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he successfully led the territory for seven years. During his time in North Carolina, Kris earned the Insurance Professional of the Year Award from the North Carolina Independent Insurance Association, recognizing his leadership and contributions to the industry. Today, he serves as Vice President and Branch Manager of a Maryland branch, returning home to the community where he was born and raised.
